The warranty terms and conditions 

The warranty does not cover to the tube light

Products offering only offsite warranty, not providing on-site warranty or service

Our Insect Killer Machines come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty excluding tube lights.

If you wish claim product warranty, you must return the items to our office address. The cost of shipping charges will be covered by the customer.

After we repair the product, we will send it back to the customer's address and we will cover the shipping costs.

Warranty product will be null and void if:

This product warranty does not cover repairs by unauthorised persons, modifications, or disassembly
