Cancellation & Refund Policy

Anxon believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

• Anxon / WANTRN is power to cancel the order without asking customer, order amount will be refunded customer account without any deductions , A consumer who has purchased our goods via an online platform or direct bank account via account transfer, Google Pay, UPI Mode, Credit Card all digitial mode payments Anxon / WANTRN has the right to cancel the order and claim a refund without giving any reason

• ANXON / WANTRN has the authority to terminate customers' orders within a week without providing any explanations or notifying the customer. order amount will be refunded on same customer account

•Customer also option for Cancellations request is made within 30 mins of placing an order. order will be cancelled and full amount refunded to customer account

•Anxon accept cancellation requests for insect killers

refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

•In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and

nondurable items like tubes and other spare parts

please report the same to our Customer Service team.

The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked

and determined the same at his own end.

This should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the products..

•In case you feel that the product received is not as shown

on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to

the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
