Offsite Warranty

If there is any problem with the product during its warranty period, we provide an off-site warranty facility. Feel free to get in touch with our team and discuss the issue. We will deliver the replacement parts to your address without any charge for both parts and shipping, but parts should be replaced customer end


if you like to replace parts from our company end then you have send back the item to our company address

The customer will be responsible for the return delivery fees, and the same amount of shipping cost will be credited to their wantrn web store store credit. This credit can then be used for future purchases such as spare parts or new machines.

Once the item has been fixed, it will be sent to the customer's address, and the shipping costs will be covered by us.


Note : for insect killer machines tube lights does not cover under warranty


Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage;

damaged/torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to the buyer.


Items returned in any box that is not the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to sender

The product can be returned to us for repair / replacement provided it should reach back to us within 15 days of delivery (receipt of item) under compliance with below terms & conditions.


Buyer is responsible for all-return postage and shipping charges (Please do not complain or negotiate on this)

TO avail the manufacturer warranty the buyer needs to contact the respective service center of the company. In case it is inconvenient for the buyer to locate the service center, item can always be returned back to us with original packing and all accessories to avail the warranty from the manufacturer.


No Warranty for physically damaged or Burnt & Damaged items.

# Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package damage during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us. Then contact us promptly.

# If you need return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation. Then get a unique address for return.The warranty does not cover broken.

# It is IMPORTANT to declare you package as "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and DO REMEMBER your return won't be accepted.

# Warranty covers replacement or repair.

# All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong model or wrong color).

# We ONLY accept the return for original package. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage. If you purchased in improper condition, please NOTE that the sipping and handling fee will not be refund, all return shipping fee should paid by the buyer unless item DOA.

The product is warranty is against manufacturing defects period of 12 months. The warranty period commence on the date if purchase from the online shop. Your original purchase invoice, showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of the date of purchase.
